9:15 - 10:00 Keynote Address “China's Impact on the Semiconductor Industry” Ed Pausa Director Technology Center PricewaterhouseCoopers	"主題：中國對半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)的影響" 作為“中國對半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)的影響-2015年更新版”的主撰寫人，Pausa先生將綜述中國和全球半導(dǎo)體市場的整體情況，并專注闡述在過去三年中中國的半導(dǎo)體消費(fèi)為什么并如何成長為全球50%以上的龐大市場。雖然，中國半導(dǎo)體生產(chǎn)的增長超過了其消費(fèi)的增長率，但是中國目前卻只占有全球的14%產(chǎn)量。如何理解中國的急速增長的半導(dǎo)體芯片消費(fèi)和生產(chǎn)能力之間的差距，這個差距在2014年已經(jīng)達(dá)到歷史高點的1200億美金。在過去10多年里，Pausa先生一直是這份PriceWaterhouseCoopers的年度報告的作者，并對半導(dǎo)體市場動態(tài)有非常獨(dú)特的見解和洞察 Pausa先生在PriceWaterhousecoopers已經(jīng)工作了20多年，是一位非常有經(jīng)驗的跨國公司高級管理人員。Pausa先生在半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)有40年以上的廣泛經(jīng)驗，其中25年活躍在半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)的各個分屬領(lǐng)域（包括integrated device manufacturer, semiconductor equipment and materials, semiconductor manufacturing services, and fabless semiconductor）。他曾經(jīng)在18個國家管理過33個工廠和所屬公司并在美國的6個州管理過11家工廠。在1990年，Pausa先生從National Semi的副總裁退休后，開始通過Coopers&Lybrand Managing Counsulting Service向PWC提供咨詢服務(wù) Pausa先生擁有工程榮譽(yù)學(xué)士學(xué)位，Metallurgy大學(xué)的科學(xué)碩士學(xué)位，以及加州大學(xué)Berkeley分校的管理學(xué)證書。他還是美國海軍預(yù)備隊的Captain軍銜。
